Denver Pavilions' Grand Re-Introduction Celebration Begins November 10

Outdoor Shopping Center Emerges From A Multi-Million Dollar Renovation

DENVER, Nov. 2 /PRNewswire/ -- Gart Properties and ING Clarion have recently
completed the majority of work on a multi-million dollar upgrade to Denver
Pavilions, a popular 347,000-square-foot outdoor entertainment, dining, and
shopping destination located between Glenarm Place and Tremont St. on the 16th
Street Mall in Downtown Denver.

To showcase the new improvements to the center, a Grand Re-Introduction
celebration will commence at noon on Nov. 10 and continue for the entire week
for the public.

Improvements to the center include the addition of new escalators, lit and
heated stairways, 5-stop elevators, LED screens on the 16th Street Mall and on
the Denver Pavilions' great wall, a walkway on Glenarm Place, remodeled public
restrooms, enhanced lighting and landscaping, and improvements to the
underground parking garage.

The Grand Re-Introduction begins at noon on Tuesday, November 10 with a local
celebrity escalator fashion show featuring Denver Mayor, John Hickenlooper.
The show will take place on the new escalator and stairway by Welton St. on
the 16th St. Mall.

The show will be followed by shopping spree and eco-chic gift bag giveaways,
sales and specials from the merchants, and entertainment in the common areas.

The festivities will continue for the entire week from November 10-November
17. Patrons will enjoy daily, random shopping spree and gift bag giveaways
from 11am -2pm, an art exhibition featuring renowned local artist Malcolm
Farley benefiting Metro State University, Santa Claus rappelling from the
Denver Pavilions sign on Nov. 16 at noon, musical entertainment in the common
areas, and additional sales, specials, and demonstrations from the retailers,
restaurants and entertainment venues located in Denver Pavilions.

A special parking promotion has also been implemented offering patrons
drastically reduced parking prices. Parking in Denver Pavilions' underground
garage located between 15th and 16th St. and Welton St. is only $2.00 on
weekends, and weekdays after 5pm with a validated ticket from a merchant
through December 31, 2009.
