Cleveland BioLabs, Inc. (NASDAQ: CBLI) today announced that the Company
is scheduled to present at the Merriman Curhan Ford 6th Annual Investor
Summit, November 10, in New York City.

    Michael Fonstein, Ph.D., Chief Executive Officer and President of
Cleveland BioLabs, will give a presentation on November 10, at 3:00 p.m.
