MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA, Nov 02 (MARKET WIRE) --
Confidela, developer of WatchDox, a software-as-a-service (SaaS) document
control, tracking and protection solution, today launched the WatchDox
Partner Program to expand its global network of technology and solution
partnerships. The WatchDox Partner Program is for companies looking to
expand their document security, document publishing and content
management and collaboration offerings with an online solution to easily
share, control and track sensitive and important documents, without the
need for cumbersome, expensive software installation.

WatchDox Partners will gain access to demo not-for-resale (NFR) accounts,
marketing collateral, training and dedicated support. Confidela will
provide resellers with access to its rich set of application programming
interfaces (APIs), which allow partners to tailor specific applications
for their customers on top of the WatchDox platform (e.g., billing,
notifications, etc.) or seamlessly integrate the ability to share, control
and track documents directly into their applications.

"Our customers need a document control solution that provides them with a
peace of mind when sending confidential company information," said Steven
Vigeant, co-founder of Data Evolution, LLC, a WatchDox partner providing
advanced IT services in Boston and New Hampshire. "WatchDox facilitates
secure external document sharing through a SaaS delivery model that is
easy to implement, yet comprehensive, replacing the need for expensive
off-the-shelf solutions like digital rights management (DRM) tools and
virtual data rooms."

WatchDox is available to resellers in multiple versions tailored to the
individual needs of customers:

    -- WatchDox Business to control, track and protect sent documents;

-- WatchDox Publisher for mass distribution of secure documents; and

-- WatchDox Virtual Data Room to manage important documents in merger and
acquisition (M&A) and due diligence scenarios.

"We have seen great momentum and see even more potential for expansion
through partnering with resellers and system integrators that understand
the need for a simple solution that protects valuable and sensitive
information," says Adi Ruppin, vice president of marketing and business
development of Confidela. "Our goal is to raise industry awareness of the
risks associated with not using a secure document protection solution. Our
partners help advocate the benefits of investing in solutions that prevent
costly damage inherent in information leaks or data breaches."
