Statement of Work Authorizes iMedicor to Provide Marketing Services to one of
Franklyn`s Key Clients
NANUET, N.Y.--(Business Wire)--
iMedicor (OTCBB: VMCI) today announced it has received a Scope of Work (SOW)
order from its partner, Franklyn Ideas, LLC (Franklyn) on behalf of one of its
major pharmaceutical clients. The project calls for the direct marketing of
pharma products via iMedicor`s HIPAA-compliant portal utilizing a proprietary
system that will allow the client to target specific physician groups in their
marketing efforts.

This SOW is the first of many such projects envisioned by the two companies when
they executed a Strategic Alliance Agreement disclosed in Vemics` Form 10-K
filed on October 13, 2009.

The project is expected to launch by January 2010.

"We are extremely pleased that our combined efforts this year have resulted in
iMedicor`s deployment of this innovative approach to on-line pharmaceutical
marketing with one of Franklyn Ideas key clients," said Fred Zolla, CEO of
iMedicor. "Our technology will allow their client to market directly to highly
profiled medical practices and healthcare providers, and we look forward to
using our success with this launch to build other relationships with Franklyn
Ideas."

"iMedicor represents a disruptive approach for reaching a distinct, targeted
market with specific messages" said Stacey Richter, President and Founder of
Franklyn Ideas, "We are excited about the potential this new approach represents
for our client base."

iMedicor has recently announced Transgenomic and Access Pharmaceutical companies
as early adopters of its marketing service. This SOW represents the first in
what is expected to be several additional clients and users of the iMedicor
Pharma Marketing Platform over the next six months.
