iMedicor Receives Statement of Work from Franklyn Ideas

Statement of Work Authorizes iMedicor to Provide Marketing Services to one of Franklyn`s Key Clients NANUET, N.Y.--(Business Wire)-- iMedicor (OTCBB: VMCI) today announced it has received a Scope of Work (SOW) order from its partner, Franklyn Ideas, LLC (Franklyn) on behalf of one of its major pharmaceutical clients. The project calls for the direct marketing of pharma products via iMedicor`s HIPAA-compliant portal utilizing a proprietary system that will allow the client to target specific physician groups in their marketing efforts.
