PSI Corp Announces Agreement to Install Its Multi-Function Kiosks at Major
Supermarket Chain

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo., Nov. 2, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- PSI Corp., operating
as Pantel Systems Inc., will install its multi-function Kiosks at D'Agostino's
Supermarkets in New York City. D'Agostino's operates 18 supermarkets in New York
City and its suburbs. The scheduled rollout for the installations will begin in
January of 2010.

David Foni, CEO of PSI Corp, stated "D'Agostino's is a premier food retailer in
New York City. We are excited to expand our distribution into additional
