Cardtronics Places ATMs in One of Puerto Rico's Top Supermarket Chains

HOUSTON, Nov. 2, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Cardtronics, Inc. (Nasdaq:CATM) has
reached an agreement to place ATMs in supermarkets across Puerto Rico run by
Supermercados Grande. As one of the largest supermarket chains based in Puerto
Rico, Supermercados Grande serves a substantial group of customers. The five
year agreement ensures that these customers will have ready access to cash when
and where they need it. Cardtronics will place ATMs in nine Supermercados Grande
supermarkets with deployment planned for the fourth quarter of 2009.
