                Worship Street Invests In St Helens Finance Plc                

Worship Street Investments is pleased to announce that it has made an
investment in PLUS quoted St Helens Finance Plc. WSI has subscribed to £60,000
of loan notes paying an annual coupon of 8.5%. The loan notes are convertible
at 9.5p, expiring on 31st December 2013.

St Helens Finance provides asset finance facilities across a range of assets
from information technology through to telecommunication, office equipment,
plant, machinery and vehicles.

St Helens Finance has issued convertible loan notes to raise funds in order to:

- To facilitate the structure of a subsidiary formed to enable a new legal
sector funding product to be launched

- To facilitate the growth across the identified asset classes and thereby 
enable the Company to increase the number of transactions within these sectors
