Hosted Solutions Expands Leadership Team, Hiring Industry Veteran Jeff Kramer
as Vice President, Technology
Seasoned pro brings 25 years of experience, leading cutting edge tech firms

RALEIGH, N.C., Nov. 2 /PRNewswire/ -- Hosted Solutions, the East Coast's
premier provider of IT infrastructure as a service (IaaS), today announced
that Jeff Kramer has joined the company as Vice President, Technology.

Kramer brings more than 25 of experience in both entrepreneurial and
established environments to Hosted Solutions. In his new role, he'll be
responsible for overseeing the Architecture and Product Strategy across the
entire organization.

Prior to Hosted Solutions, he served as SVP, Engineering and Technology
Operations for leading global online publisher Lulu.com. Under his direction,
the Lulu Engineering team delivered a number of critical E-Commerce system
enhancements, greatly improved delivery speed and quality, and revamped the
site's underlying architecture while dealing with record traffic levels.

"Jeff is a very strong addition to our team," said Rich Lee, Hosted Solutions'
Founder and Chief Executive Officer. "He's held leadership positions and
delivered very strong results for some cutting edge technology companies.
He's well known in the market for driving technology teams to deliver products
and services that solve key business problems. And most importantly, coming
from a firm like Lulu.com, he truly 'gets' what our customers need most. I'm
confident that he'll add tremendous value to our team and especially to our
customers."

Prior to Lulu, Kramer worked for Motricity and its predecessor company,
Pinpoint Networks, starting out as the VP of Engineering and Operations, then
leading the Architecture and Technology group. He was a driving force in the
technical development and rollout of Motricity's award winning Fuel platform
for a number of key mobile operators, including AT&T Wireless.

Lee noted that Kramer's experience in key areas such as designing highly
available and scalable architectures in a multi-platform environment,
virtualization, and improving the product development lifecycle, will be key
for Hosted Solutions.

Other past positions included Director of Software Development at Engage and
16 years with IBM in a number of key technical and managerial capacities,
ultimately as Senior Software Development Manager in the Tivoli Systems
Division, managing an organization responsible for delivery of Tivoli's suite
of application management products.

Kramer is Chairman of the Triangle Technology Executives Council
