CHICAGO--(Business Wire)--
RHR International, a world leader in executive and organizational development,
announced today a series of steps designed to make the firm an even more agile
and integrated organization with enhanced focus on its clients and markets. The
announcements were made by Dr. Thomas J. Saporito, Chairman and CEO of RHR
International.

Name Change

In a move which reflects the strength of its management team and consultant
base, RHR International has converted to a limited liability partnership and
changed its legal name to RHR International LLP, effective November 1, 2009.

"Moving to a partnership model is the next logical step in our shared leadership
culture," said Dr. Saporito. "At a philosophical level, it is essential that we
stay on that path and extend it even further into how we operate as a firm on a
daily basis."

New Titles for Consultants

The titling structure for all consultants is being revised for better
transparency and to provide greater alignment with our markets and our clients.
Senior Partners will have major stewardship accountability and input into RHR
International`s strategy and review of our performance. Partners will have
significant responsibilities for managing accounts, developing new consultants
and growing the organization. Principals are RHR International`s front line of
consultants whose day to day interactions with our clients create major impact
by driving business performance.

Geographic Reorganization

The United States will be organized into three geographic regions under the
leadership of Dr. Dante L. Capitano, who will report directly to Dr. Saporito.
The Eastern Region will be headquartered in New York under the guidance of Dr.
Paul S. Ofman; the Central Region, managed by Dr. Grant W. Levitan, will be
based in Chicago; and the Western Region will operate out of Denver under the
direction of Dr. Julie A. Wolf.

The International organization will continue under its current format with Dr.
Guy M. Beaudin being responsible for Toronto, London, Brussels and our European
affiliates. Asia Pacific, as represented by RHR International affiliate Mobley
Group Pacific, will report directly to Dr. Saporito.

According to Dr. Saporito, "This tighter reporting structure is designed to help
us accomplish our strategic goals by leveraging our talents, reducing the firm`s
management profile and increasing integration between geography, practice areas
and account management. These steps will make us a more market facing
organization and focus the attention of all consultants on serving the needs of
our clients even more efficiently than in the past."
