INX Schedules 3rd Quarter Financial Results Announcement and Conference Call

INX Inc. (Nasdaq: INXI) announced today that it intends to announce financial
results for its third quarter ended September 30, 2009 via press release at
approximately 4:05 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on Tuesday, November 10, 2009,
followed by an investor webcast and conference call at 4:30 p.m. Eastern
Standard Time.

James Long, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer; Mark Hilz, President and Chief
Operating Officer; and Brian Fontana, Chief Financial Officer, are scheduled to
be on the call to discuss the quarter's results and answer investors' questions.

The conference call will begin promptly at the scheduled time. Investors wishing
