Female (BPBT) 

    This 59 YO female presented with a generalized tonic/clonic seizure in
1997. She had a large left insular lesion. It was discussed about whether
to do intervention at that time. She opted for observation only. She
continued to be maintained on anticonvulsants. Twelve year follow-up
showed the lesion to be stable with no progression. She is well controlled
by anticonvulsants. Follow-up imaging from 2009 was presented.
