The Classic Catering People Announces Thanksgiving Menus

BALTIMORE, Nov. 2 /PRNewswire/ -- The Classic Catering People, a full service
off-premises catering company, today announced that orders can now be placed
for its Classic-to-Go Thanksgiving menus that include a traditional menu and
one that features local and organic ingredients, according to Harriet Dopkin,
president and partner of the firm.

The Classic-to-Go traditional Thanksgiving menu includes whole roasted turkey
with bread and herb stuffing and giblet gravy, sweet potato crumble, steamed
green beans, cranberry relish, assorted dinner rolls and a deep-dish pumpkin
pie with spiced whipped cream.  

The Classic-to-Go Harvest Table menu, featuring local and organic ingredients
from Baltimore area sources such as Springfield Farm, Reid's Orchard, The Park
School and One Straw Farm, includes broad-breasted turkey, red pepper sage
sausage bread stuffing, Swiss chard and goat cheese gratin, honey-glazed sweet
potatoes, multi-grain boule and lattice-topped apple pie.

Each menu serves 10 people and delivery service is available.  Additionally,
the complete menu of Classic-to-Go items, from soups, starters, meat and
vegetarian entrees, vegetables, to desserts and breads, can also be ordered
for Thanksgiving.

The deadline for placing Thanksgiving dinner orders is Monday, November 23.
