All U.S. employers urged to order; new Genetic Information

Nondiscrimination Act regulations effective November 21, 2009

St. Paul, Minn., Nov. 2 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- GovDocs Inc.
(www.govdocs.com), a leading national compliance resource, announced today
that updated and fully compliant Federal Labor Law materials are now
available. The posters incorporate the Genetic Information Nondiscrimination
Act (GINA), a new national Equal Employment Opportunity policy that prohibits
employers and health insurance companies from discriminating based on a
person's genetic makeup.

Former President Bush signed GINA into law in May 2008, and the new
regulations for employers, known as "Title II," take effect November 21, 2009.
The changes are mandatory for U.S. businesses. Federal labor law requires all
businesses with at least one employee to display current labor law postings in
each office location.

Under GINA, companies are prohibited from using genetic information in
employment decisions, and from intentionally acquiring genetic information.
When in possession of genetic information, employers must adhere to strict
requirements and store the data in separate health-related files.

"With each generation, labor law evolves to meet new challenges, in this case,
innovations in science and health care. When it comes to hiring practices,
guidelines for dismissal, or terms and conditions of employment, employers and
the workforce now have a clear direction on their rights and
responsibilities," states Nina Slattery, division manager of GovDocs.

The new GINA-compliant posters are available at www.govdocs.com or by calling
1-888-273-3274. Quantity discounts are available.
