AxonRF, Inc. Announces the Ultrasonic Version of the nowire Wireless Tank Monitor System KIRKLAND, Wash., Nov. 2 /PRNewswire/ -- The nowire Wireless Tank Monitoring System (TMS) was first released mid-summer this year. That initial version incorporated SensaTank II tank sensors for monitoring fresh, gray and black water tanks. SensaTank II sensors read through most plastic tanks eliminating the need for calibrating, cleaning or servicing. The nowire TMS is not just for water anymore! SensaTank II sensors are very reliable but do not offer a solution for non-plastic tanks or for fluids other than water. To address this limitation AxonRF has released its newest tank-end module using an ultrasonic sensor. This ultrasonic sensor is applicable to virtually any aluminum, steel or fiberglass tank and will read a large variety of fluids including water, fuel and gas. The wireless nowire TMS eliminates running wires between the sensors on the tank and the display panel. This is particularly beneficial in an aftermarket refit. nowire TMS is easy to install, very reliable and requires no special tools or knowledge. It can be installed and configured in minutes. Available in a single tank starter kit, the system is expandable to 3 tanks and 4 display panels. There are no concerns about the location of the tank(s) or desired location for the display panel(s). The SensaTank II and ultrasonic tank-end modules are interchangeable. The nowire TMS modules are powered by 12/24 VDC house power. An optional version of the display panel module is available that will operate 2-3 years on 2 AA batteries. The nowire wireless network products are IEEE 802.15.4 standard compliant and the hardware is United States (FCC), Canada (IC) and Europe (ETSI) approved. The nowire TMS modules have a range of approximately 80 feet(24 meters). nowire is a trademark of AxonRF, Inc. SensaTank II is a trademark of TouchSensor, Inc. SOURCE AxonRF, Inc.
