Enghouse Completes Acquisition of Pulse

TORONTO, ONTARIO AND PHOENIX, ARIZONA, Nov 02 (MARKET

Enghouse Systems Limited (TSX: ESL) today announced its acquisition of
Pulse Voice Inc. Pulse's annual revenues are approximately $5.0 million.
Pulse is a leading provider of communication solutions in the North
American enterprise market:
- Its Contact Center Division has provided innovative solutions to over
200 customers, including Fortune 500 companies and various governments.
It also provides a software as a service (SaaS) capability to its
customers.
- Its Networks Division provides cost control and intelligent network
solutions to over 15 carriers and service providers worldwide.
