Fitch Withdraws Rating on Sedgwick County, Kansas' Series 2009A Bonds

NEW YORK--(Business Wire)--
Fitch Ratings has withdrawn the 'AAA' rating and Stable Outlook on Sedgwick
County, Kansas' (the county) $6,285,000 general obligation (GO) bonds, series
2009A, as the series has been eliminated from the multi-issue transaction
expected to sell via competitive bid on Nov. 4, 2009.

The par amount on the original $3,735,000 taxable GO (Build America Bonds-Direct
Payment), series 2009B bonds has increased to $10,020,000 due to market
conditions and the issue has been redesignated as series 2009A. The original
$18,805,000 GO refunding bonds, series 2009C, have been redesignated as series
2009B.
