Morton's Restaurant Group, Inc. to Issue Results For Third Quarter 2009 on
November 5, 2009; Conference Call Scheduled


CHICAGO, Nov. 2 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Morton's Restaurant Group, Inc.
(NYSE: MRT), the world's largest operator of company-owned upscale
steakhouses, will report its unaudited financial results for the third quarter
of fiscal 2009 on Thursday, November 5, 2009 after the close of markets that
day. The Company has scheduled a conference call and webcast for investors at
5:00 p.m. ET that day to discuss the unaudited financial results. 

Hosting the call will be Thomas J. Baldwin, Chairman, Chief Executive Officer
and President of Morton's Restaurant Group, Inc. and Ronald M. DiNella, Senior
Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.  The news release reporting third
