MOSCOW Nov 2 (Reuters) - Russia will only support a new global climate deal if all major industrialised nations sign up to it and if the capacity of Russia's giant forests are taken into account, Prime Minister Vladimir Putin said on Monday.

Putin said the capacity of Russia's forests to balance carbon dioxide emissions would have to be taken into account for any global deal to replace the Kyoto protocol. (Reporting by Darya Korsunskaya, writing by Guy Faulconbridge, editing by Conor Humphries)
