Seoul shares fall 1.4 pct; Hyundai Motor tumbles

SEOUL Nov 2 (Reuters) - Seoul shares fell on Monday with losses led by automakers and key blue chips including Hyundai Motor (005380.KS) and LG Electronics (066570.KS), but defensive issues such as Amorepacific (090430.KS) outperformed.

The Korea Composite Stock Price Index .KS11 (KOSPI) shed 1.37 percent to finish at 1,559.09, its lowest close since mid-August. (Reporting by Jungyoun Park; Editing by Jonathan Hopfner)
