Black & Decker jumps, Stanley Works also up

NEW YORK (Reuters) - Shares of Black & Decker BDK.N gained 18.1 percent while Stanley Works (SWK.N) rose 0.8 percent after the bell on Monday after an announcement of plans to merge.

Shares of Black & Decker were up at $55.90 after closing at $47.34 while shares of Stanley Works were up at $45.50 after closing at $45.15.
