InSite Vision to Report Financial Results for the Third Quarter on November 11, 2009

InSite Vision Incorporated (OTCBB:INSV) announced today that it will release
financial results for the third quarter 2009 on Wednesday, November 11, 2009.

Company management will host a conference call beginning at 4:30 PM EST/1:30 PM
PST to discuss results and review recent accomplishments. Investors can submit
