as Executive Vice President, Mergers and Acquisitions. Mr. Basirico has over 31
years in the financial services industry where he has served in various
executive positions. Mr. Basirico is a resident of Southern California and will
focus on business acquisitions and expansion projects throughout the entire
state of California.
