New Issue-Vale Overseas sells $1 bln in 30-yr bonds

  Nov 3 (Reuters) - Vale Overseas Ltd on Tuesday sold $1
billion of 30-year bonds, said IFR, a Thomson Reuters service.
  Deutsche Bank, HSBC, and JP Morgan were the joint
bookrunning managers for the sale.
