New Issue-DuPont sells $2 bln notes in two-parts

  Nov 4 (Reuters) - E. I. du Pont de Nemours and Co on
Wednesday sold $2 billion in two-part notes, said IFR, a
Thomson Reuters service.
  Credit Suisse, JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley, Bank of America
Merrill Lynch, Citi, Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs, RBS and UBS
were the joint bookrunning managers for the sale.
