US to charge Wall St traders with insider trading

NEW YORK Nov 5 (Reuters) - More than a dozen Wall Street traders, lawyers and hedge fund managers will be charged with insider trading on Thursday, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission said.

The SEC, the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York will hold a news conference later on Thursday to announce the charges. The SEC did not provide further details. (Reporting by Rachelle Younglai, editing by Gerald E. McCormick)
