Forecasts Revenue of $5 million in 2010, $55.7 million in 2013
SAN FRANCISCO--(Business Wire)--
Grass Roots Research and Distribution, Inc. (GRRD) has initiated research
coverage on eDoorways Corporation (EDWY.PK), forecasting "strong growth in
revenues for the next few years."

In analyzing eDoorways as a potential investment, GRRD sees support for a
bullish case being driven by a variety of factors, namely the creation of a
"town square" experience that is "designed to meet comprehensive consumer and
business needs that are not addressed with current social networking and simple
search engines."

A total raise of $7 million is estimated to be necessary between the years of
2009 and 2010 in order for the Company to reach its objectives. eDoorways has
currently raised $1.25 million of the total estimated capital requirement and
expects to secure its proposed 2009 budget prior to year end. The report also
forecasts that eDoorways will raise $3 million of the total budget in 2010.
Regarding revenues, the report states that eDoorways will likely reach $5
million in 2010, while building to $55.7 million in revenues for 2013. Further,
the report predicts that "…the Company is likely to beat our forecast."

The five distinct revenue sources are detailed in the report: "As data on
consumer requests and searches accumulates, the Company plans to provide vendors
with new business leads. Vendors can subscribe on a prepayment basis to receive
email alerts or text messages when someone expresses an interest in a product or
service the vendor provides. The Company expects this Prepaid
Services/Subscription category to generate 60% of total revenues. Advertising
revenue will be generated based on a cost per thousand views. Preferential
Placement fees will be charged to vendors who wish to stand out, similar to the
Google keyword purchases. Data Mining will be a revenue source as the eDoorways
platform builds a history of searches and communications between consumers and
experts. This service enables vendors to identify customers who are likely to
purchase certain products and services in the next three to six months. Private
label of the eDoorways platform may be of interest to professional associations,
trade groups and large corporations. Private label licensors of the eDoorways
platform enables the licensor to charge suppliers for access to their own
version of the eDoorways platform. Additionally, the Company will generate
revenues from licensing power keys."

Revenue growth is predicted to come from a city-by-city roll-out over the coming
quarters, with the first launch in Austin, TX, in early 2010. GRRD expects the
eDoorways platform to arrive "in 8 to 12 cities each year for the next several
years."

The report also acknowledges some bearish factors including consumer habits and
raising cash to implement the roll out as forecasted. Attracting expert opinion
advice on the eDoorways platform could prove challenging. Getting "consumers
[to] use the eDoorways platform for innovative applications such as creating new
ventures or learning" may also be an issue.
