-- The Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange has just approved listing more than 70 million new shares of Duc Thanh Wood Processing Co and Hung Vuong Co.

-- DHG Pharmaceutical Co DHG.HM will issue bonus shares to shareholders in the ratio of three to one.

THANH NIEN

-- Vietnam International Bank successfully raised 1.33 trillion dong ($74.5 million) via 2-year and 3-year bonds with floating yield starting at 10.5 percent per year.

-- Sacombank STB.HM said its gross profit in Oct. was 140 billion dong ($7.8 million).
