TOKYO Nov 6 (Reuters) - Japan's Nikkei stock average rose 0.9 percent on Friday as exporters gained after strong U.S. jobs data reinforced hopes the economy is recovering, with Toyota up after it posted a surprise quarterly profit and halved its annual loss forecast.

NEC Corp (6701.T), Japan's largest PC maker, fell 0.4 percent after sources said it plans to raise up to 150 billion yen ($1.7 billion) in a share offering to shore up its capital and invest in growth businesses. [ID:nT151205]
