MOSCOW Nov 9 (Reuters) - Gazprom (GAZP.MM):
* H1 2009 profit 305.76 bln roubles, down 50 pct
* Profit attributable to owners 296.24 bln rbls, down 48 pct
* Debt balance rose by 316.45 bln rbls, or 31 pct, in H1
