LAS VEGAS, Nov. 9 /PRNewswire/ -- GI JAMS (TM), a multi-media entertainment
project dedicated to featuring, promoting and developing the musical talents
of the men and women of our U.S. armed forces has today formally announced its
opening and the debut of its web site GIJams.com (www.GIJams.com). The web
site will give all military members, active, reserve and retired, the
opportunity to showcase their talent and gain notoriety and financial success
from their music and performances. GI JAMS is a Nevada company headquartered
in Las Vegas.

GI JAMS' mission is to create a social network community for the thousands of
active and veteran military members who want to find a creative outlet for
their music and performances. GI JAMS founders and co-creators, Denny Randell
and Biddy Schippers, hit songwriter/producer/artists and music industry
entrepreneurs, say, "We've designed the project to give everyone the
opportunity to financially support and popularize the songs and performances
of our musically talented military heroes and to give them the chance to make
it in the music and entertainment industry."

U.S. military men and women at home and all over the world are invited to have
their own individual artist page on the company's dedicated site GIJams.com.
It allows the user to upload songs, videos, photos, bios and personal messages
- and have the opportunity to sell audio and video downloads of their music to
fans and visitors who come to and support the site. One hundred percent
(100%) of the download net profits will go to each of the participating U.S.
service members and veterans. Under the site's "rules of engagement," any man
or woman who has served or is currently serving in the U.S. military can join.
All branches, officers and enlisted, active, reserve and retired, writing
and/or performing as an individual artist or in a band or group, are invited
to become members of GIJams.com.

GIJams.com will also provide its members opportunities in the areas of
recording, TV, live performances and music licensing. Additionally, the
company is in talks with manufacturers and retailers to provide discounts and
other savings on products and services purchased on and through the web site.

Legendary songwriter Denny Randell has written songs that have contributed to
the sales of more than 200 million records. His repertoire is distinguished by
diverse musical styles and some of the most recorded and performed songs in
the world. One of his classics, "Working My Way Back To You," recently
exceeded 6 million performances in the U.S. alone - an honor shared by only a
handful of copyrights. Three of Denny's songs are featured in the Tony award
winning Broadway show Jersey Boys and its Grammy winning cast album.

Biddy Schippers, hit songwriter, collaborator and partner of Randell's and
co-owner of their DRC Entertainment Co., has had a number of chart successes.
This includes with Randell the writing, recording and performing by Randell &
Schippers of their recent national dance and Top 10 Yahoo video hit "Alice in
Wonderland" as well as other hit songs and recordings by the duo, here and in
the UK, which allMusic.com collectively refers to as "club staples."
