Intelimax signs LOI to enter asian market

VANCOUVER, Nov. 9 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - Intelimax Media Inc. ("Intelimax"
or the "Company") (OTCBB:IXMD) is pleased to announce the signing of an LOI
with Canada Business Network Services, Inc. ("CanBiz") to represent Intelimax
in Southeast Asia as its Market Advisor and Intermediary for the purpose of
developing new business opportunities in that region.
"We are optimistic that signing this LOI with CanBiz will open doors and
opportunities in the largest and fastest growing Internet market in the world,
Southeast Asia.", said Charles Green, CEO. "Also, southeast Asia is home to
the world's largest social networking site, QZone. In January 2009, Tencent,
China's largest Internet service portal, reported that Qzone had over 200
million users. Access to this huge market will open significant business
opportunities."
CanBiz will provide multiple services to Intelimax starting with
introductions, networking and business development services to expand and
execute on business opportunities in the Philippines. CanBiz will also pursue
business development in the growth and management of industry specific web
content, portals, media and advertising. Intelimax will work with CanBiz in
the development of project and business opportunities that are a strategic fit
for the furtherance of the Company's goals and growth objectives.
CanBiz will also assist Intelimax in discussions and preliminary negotiations
with private persons or firms, local government units, national government
agencies, nongovernment organizations, people's organizations, community
groups and all other parties that may be partners, regulators, stakeholders or
beneficiaries of or in any of the considered projects.
Once specific business has been identified in the region, Intelimax will sign
a binding Services Agreement that outlines the terms of the arrangement of
services between Intelimax and CanBiz.
