LONDON, November 9 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Royal Dutch Shell plc (NYSE:
RDS.A)(NYSE: RDS.B)(the "Company") received notice on 8th November 2009 from
Hans Wijers, a Non-executive Director of the Company, that on 5th November
2009 he purchased 5,000 Royal Dutch Shell A Ordinary shares at a price of
EUR19,96 per share. His total current holding is now 5,000 Royal Dutch Shell
A Ordinary shares.
