its results for the third quarter (3Q09).

3Q09 Highlights

-- Average Enrollment reached 253,6 thousand, a 79.5% growth over 3Q08;
-- Net Revenue totaled R$ 220.2 million in 3Q09, up 30.3% year-over-year;
-- EBITDA reached R$ 51.2 million in 3Q09, an increase of 26.8% versus
3Q08;

-- In 9M09, Adjusted Net Income was R$ 87.0 million, 6.3% higher than
9M08.
