Executive Changes Represent First Step in Repositioning Company for Accelerated
Growth
BELLEVUE, Wash.--(Business Wire)--
Estorian, Inc., a leading provider of software solutions for e-discovery
archiving and compliance, announced today the appointment of a new executive
leadership team to help guide and reposition the company for future growth.
Kevin Riegelsberger has been named President and Chief Executive Officer, and
David A. Weber will serve as Vice President of Marketing. Company co-founder Ron
Higgins continues in his position as Chief Technology Officer.

Riegelsberger previously served as CEO of CapitalStream, an integrated software
platform provider for commercial banks and finance companies. During his tenure
at CapitalStream, Riegelsberger grew the company more than six-fold through
operational excellence and strategic M&A transactions. In early 2008, the
company was successfully sold to HCL Technologies, a leading global IT services
company based in India. Riegelsberger continued to serve HCL as Senior Vice
President, Financial Services and led HCL`s Product Business Group. Prior to
CapitalStream, Riegelsberger founded one of the industry`s leading financial and
ERP software application providers, Platinum Software Corp. (now Epicor). In his
15 years at Platinum the company grew from a seven-person start-up to a
publicly-traded company with nearly $300 million in revenue.

Brian Tracey, Estorian co-founder and board member, reinforced the strategic fit
that Riegelsberger brings to the company, "I couldn't be more pleased with the
appointment of Kevin Riegelsberger as CEO. The board and I believe Kevin is the
ideal person to take Estorian forward. It is evident from his previous
accomplishments that he can lead a software company to success, and I am
confident that under his leadership our customers, employees and flagship
product - LookingGlass® - will prosper and grow."

Most recently David A. Weber served as Vice President of Marketing for Applied
Discovery, a LexisNexis company and leader in electronic discovery solutions. In
this role, Weber managed the product portfolio and go-to-market strategies with
a special focus on delivering exceptional client experience, continuous
innovation, and highly relevant marketing. Weber`s efforts contributed to
Applied Discovery being ranked a top-five e-discovery services provider four
years running. Weber also served as Vice President of Products at ADERANT, a
leading supplier of business and financial software for legal firms. In previous
roles Weber developed worldwide marketing and product strategies for technology
companies serving a wide variety of businesses and industries. Weber started his
career at Arthur Andersen & Company in business systems consulting.

Estorian CEO Kevin Riegelsberger stated, "I have worked with David in the past
at Epicor and have immense confidence in his ability to direct Estorian`s
product and marketing strategy. His deep experience in the e-discovery and
electronic content management, coupled with his 20+ years managing enterprise
software product lines makes him an ideal fit to lead the marketing efforts at
Estorian." Riegelsberger added, "Building on our strong technology, solid client
base and rapidly-growing market opportunity I believe our strengthened
leadership team has the skills and experience to successfully guide Estorian to
its full potential."
