CIBER Completes Database and Reporting System for The Investment Fund for
Foundations (TIFF)




CONSHOHOCKEN, Pa., Nov. 9  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- CIBER, Inc. (NYSE: CBR)
announced the successful implementation of a completely customized database
and reporting system for The Investment Fund for Foundations (TIFF).  TIFF
engaged CIBER to build a system to its specific needs to better serve its
customer base and comply with newly established reporting requirements.

Founded in 1991, TIFF seeks to improve the investment returns of eligible
organizations by providing a series of multi-manager investment vehicles and
resources aimed at enhancing fiduciaries' knowledge of investing.  TIFF
partnered with CIBER to replace its outdated, spreadsheet-based system and
CIBER created a customized database and reporting system that reduces risk and
ensures accountability requirements are met.  The $900,000 project was
completed on-time and on-budget.
