Diodes Incorporated (Nasdaq: DIOD), a leading global manufacturer and supplier

and analog semiconductor markets, today announced that it has been named among
the 200 Best Small Companies by Forbes Magazine, ranking 49th in sales growth,
90th in earnings per share growth and 104th overall.

According to Forbes, the list of the 200 best small companies is compiled based
upon a review of both sales and earnings growth. Company candidates must have
annual revenue between $5 million and $750 million, be publicly traded for at
least one year and have a stock price no lower than $5. Rankings are based on
earnings growth, sales growth and return on equity over the past 12 months and
five years. Forbes also compared the stock performance of each company with that
of its peers. Shares of last year's companies that were listed outpaced the
Russell Index by 10 percentage points.
