Synutra International, Inc. (Nasdaq: SYUT) ("Synutra"), a leading infant formula

quarter 2009 financial results pre-market on Tuesday, November 10, 2009. The
Company will subsequently conduct a conference call at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time
