November 6th discussing the recently announced letter of intent (LOI) to
acquire a controlling interest in Kaizen Communications, Inc.

includes an update on NuMobile's milestone successes so far this year and

    NuMobile's Roll-up Strategy to Build a Portfolio of Software Solutions for
Mobile Computing
