(Nasdaq:MMSI), a leading manufacturer and marketer of proprietary disposable

participate at Sidoti & Company's Emerging Growth Institutional Forum being held
November 20th, 2009 at The Grand Hyatt in New York City.

On Friday, November 20th, at 1:30 p.m. ET, Merit's Chief Financial Officer Kent
W. Stanger will give a 30-minute presentation regarding Merit's history,
products, financial performance and prospects. He will also participate in
one-on-one meetings throughout the day.
