Black Diamond Video`s IDSS Was Selected as the Superior Hospital Integration
Solution for Yale-New Haven Hospital

Black Diamond Video, Inc. (BDV) announces that Yale-New Haven Hospital has
selected BDV to install their state-of-the-art Integrated Digital Surgical
Suites (IDSS) into their neurosurgical suite and gastrointestinal suites in the
new Smilow Cancer Center. The integration of eachIDSS DVI video and audio
solution will enhance the quality and efficiency of care delivered by Yale`s
gastroenterological, neurosurgical, nursing, radiology, and clinical engineering
teams by providing high-resolution digital video routing, audio routing,
multi-windowing, conferencing and collaboration capabilities. Yale's high-end
operating rooms will house advanced gastroenterological procedures, including
endoscopic ultrasound and endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography
(ERCP).Priya Jamidar, M.D., Professor of Medicine,Director of Endoscopy at Yale,
