                              Suspension Request                               

The Directors of Fluid Leader Group Plc, the oil and gas pipeline connection,
maintenance and repair company requested the suspension of the Company's shares
on Friday 6th November pending the completion and filing of it's statutory
accounts for the year ending 30th April 2009.

The directors of Fluid Leader Group Plc accept responsibility for the content
of this announcement.
