NEW YORK, Nov. 9 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- KHD Humboldt Wedag International
Ltd. ("KHD") (NYSE: KHD) announced plans to release its third quarter 2009
results before market on Monday, November 16, 2009. That same day, at 10:00 AM
ET (7:00 AM PT), a conference call will be held to review the results; this
call will be broadcast live over the Internet at www.khdhumboldt.com or
www.earnings.com.

Web participants are encouraged to go to either website at least 15 minutes
prior to the start of the call to register, download, and install any
