CHICAGO--(Business Wire)--
First there was a shot and a beer, then the "shot heard around the world," and
now it`s a shot on the fly. The most useful airport amenity available to air
travelers this season may turn out to be flu shots.

Flu-Ease, a medical organization based in Chicago, administers these shots in
conjunction with a local medical facility. The company projects they will
provide more then 60,000 shots at gateside kiosks in 10 airport sites this year
at airports stretching from New York to San Francisco.

The shots are administered from a stand-alone kiosk created by Nimlok Chicago,
an exhibit design company that had to consider hygiene, security, privacy,
visibility, and portability in designing the stand-alone kiosks where the
airport shots are administered.

At O'Hare airport, a road warrior willingly rolled up his sleeves and stated,
"This is a tremendous convenience. If I had not seen this kiosk, it's doubtful I
would have gotten a shot at all. I'm too busy to see my doctor. This service
makes it so easy."
