Strategic Acquisition Strengthens National Presence

BINGHAM FARMS, Mich., Nov. 9 /PRNewswire/ -- Productions Plus Talent
Management Agency, an international company with offices in Detroit, Chicago
and Los Angeles, has acquired Bingham Farms, Michigan-based The Talent Shop.
The company will now operate as Productions Plus - The Talent Shop. Margery
Krevsky, owner and CEO of Productions Plus, made the announcement today.
Krevsky will continue in her management role as full owner of the combined
company.

With this acquisition, Production Plus - with current revenues of $20 million
- will become the largest, premier full-service talent management agency in
Michigan and one of the largest in the nation. The expanded entity projects a
30 percent growth with the addition of The Talent Shop's holdings and seasoned
performers.

"Positioning Productions Plus for future growth and maximizing our national
potential is what this acquisition is all about," explained Krevsky, who
co-founded Productions Plus in 1981. "Having the strength of three regional
offices means our talent now has an agency with a broader scope of contacts
and wider professional opportunities."

Productions Plus is SAG (Screen Actors Guild) certified and is the largest
SAG-franchised talent agency in Michigan. The company now will have more than
10,000 individuals in its nationwide and Canadian talent database, with plans
to aggressively market its exclusive talent on the East and West coasts.

"Combining the two companies we now have more than 55 years of experience,"
noted Kresvky. "Our talent experts know the business, have industry
credibility, and are regarded by our clients."

Said Jacqueline Kagan, founder of The Talent Shop, "Productions Plus is the
only agency I would consider selling my company to. I have long respected its
reputation and professionalism."

Productions Plus provides talent for auto shows, trade shows, conventions,
automotive marketing, ride and drives, dealer meetings, promotions and product
demonstrations. The company specializes in finding talent for voice-overs,
runway, print, film, television and commercial projects. Its database
identifies highly trained actors, product specialists, narrators, models,
costume characters, hostesses, crowd gatherers, greeters, celebrity
impersonators for auditions, casting calls and assignments.

Krevsky added, "For more than twenty eight years Productions Plus focused on
doing business on a national and international level, and The Talent Shop
focused on Detroit and Michigan. Now, as Productions Plus - The Talent Shop,
we are one of the strongest contenders in the Midwest for film, print, TV,
commercials, voice-over, auto shows, events, staffing and fashion. We wanted
to do more to help Detroit talent, and this is the result. Our base of
professionals here rivals Hollywood, and we plan to showcase them."

Prior to the acquisition, Productions Plus was already a major source of
talent to the burgeoning film industry in Michigan. Productions Plus has
secured roles for its exclusive, SAG-member talent in the following major
studio films shot in Michigan: Alleged, America, Betty Anne Waters, Flipped,
Gifted Hands, Intent, The Irishman, Stone, Up in the Air, Crave, Game of
Death, Highland Park, Vanishing on7th St, Oogieloves, Mooz-lum, Domino Effect,
Trust, Little Murders, What If and several episodes of The Wannabees.

Productions Plus - The Talent Shop plans to expand its film division, and is
positioned to be the leading source for high caliber talent, including leading
actors, for Hollywood producers and casting directors. The expanded company
will continue to be based in Bingham Farms, Michigan.
