COSTA MESA, Calif., Nov. 9 /PRNewswire/ -- CMS Products, Inc.,

content management technologies announced that it has agreed on a strategic,
global partnership with Avecto Ltd., (www.avecto.com) a pioneer in least
privilege management. Avecto is based in Manchester, U.K.

Through the partnership, CMS Products will be bundling Avecto's Privilege
Guard with its award-winning products such as BounceBack Ultimate(TM) "Instant
PC Recovery" and CE-Secure data encryption offerings.

While CMS Products provides enterprise data safeguards and management,
Avecto's new Privilege Guard Version 2.2 provides user management, allowing
elevated tasks to take place under a standard user account such as the
installation of the drivers, which are required as a part of a backup process.

By bundling the products, CMS will become an authorized Avecto reseller,
providing enterprise customers with a robust, one-stop shopping solution to
enterprise user security.

CMS Products' software suite is comprised of data backup, encryption and
security technologies which can be purchased individually or as part of an
