PARK RIDGE, NJ, Nov 09 (MARKET WIRE) --

Sider, currently President, Off-Airport Operations, will succeed Joseph
R. Nothwang as the Company's senior executive leading the car rental and

2009, will leave the Company as planned on December 12, 2009 after 33
years of service.

Mr. Sider will become Executive Vice President & President, Car Rental and

demonstrated the ability to generate revenue and profit growth, and build
high quality teams, in our largest and most challenging U.S. car rental
