Richard Gray Joins Engle Martin's Business Development Team

ATLANTA, GA, Nov 09 (MARKET WIRE) --
Richard E. Gray has joined Engle Martin & Associates, Inc., a national
insurance adjusting and claims management firm, as national director of
business development. In the newly created position, Gray will be closely
involved in various aspects of Engle Martin's business development cycle.
His experience will be an asset to the continued development of servicing
new and existing Clients, as well as enhancing the company's third party
administration and claims management division, EMCAS.

Gray has over 30 years of experience in insurance and claims management,
most recently as principal and executive director with International Risk
Resources (IRR) in Atlanta. Previously, Gray established BridgeWorks
Commercial Management where he served as president.

Gray formerly worked with McLarens Toplis where he served as national
director of business development for McLarens Toplis North America and
senior coordinator of global marketing for London-based McLarens Toplis
International Group.

Gray began his career with John Roane, Inc., which was later integrated
with Equifax-owned Gay & Taylor, Inc. During his 24 years at the company,
Gray worked as regional marketing director, assistant vice president and
regional vice president of operations and marketing. After the Thomas
Howell Group Ltd. assumed management responsibilities, Gray was elected
executive vice president responsible for risk services and group
marketing, where he was in charge of developing markets for the Americas
and coordinating business development in London and overseas.

Gray is an active member in the Southern Loss Association, Atlanta Claims
Association Board of Directors, North American Professional Surplus Lines
office, American Association of Managing General Agents and the
International Risk Management Institute. Gray has had several articles
published in Global Reinsurance Magazine, including "The Necessity of Loss
Adjusting Companies to also become Claims Administrators."
