LARGO, Fla., Nov. 9 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Unilens Vision Inc. (OTC
Bulletin Board: UVICF; TSX Venture Exchange: UVI) today announced the
resignation of Mr. William D. Baxter from his position on the Company's board
of directors effective November 8, 2009.

Mr. Baxter has been a Director of the Company since 1994.  The Board of
Directors and Management wish to thank Mr. Baxter for his service to the
Company and wish him well on his future business interests.
