Clockwork Home Services Franchisees to Elect First Ever Franchise Presidents

Successful Franchise Owners will be chosen to Lead Franchise Brands
SARASOTA, Fla.--(Business Wire)--
Clockwork Home Services, Inc. (Clockwork) announced at its recent annual
Congress meeting of the franchisees of One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating,
Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and Mister Sparky America`s On-time Electrician, that
franchisees will now have the opportunity to elect a new President for each of
the Company`s franchise brands.

These newly elected Presidents will each serve a two-year term beginning in
January 2010. Candidates for these positions will be nominated from existing
successful franchisees of each brand. Tab Hunter who had been the President of
Franchise Operations for Clockwork will be available to assist the Company in a
consulting role.

* Benjamin Franklin Plumbing has 253 franchises as of September 30, 2009 and is
ranked #140 among the nation`s top 500 franchises for 2009, according to
Entrepreneur`s Franchise 500.
* Mister Sparky America`s On-time Electrician has 90 franchises as of September
30, 2009 and is ranked #387 among the nation`s top 500 franchises for 2009,
according to Entrepreneur`s Franchise 500.
