SAN ANTONIO--(Business Wire)--
Clear Channel Radio`s Total Traffic Network (CCTTN) today announced that the
very first RDS-TMC navigational service is now live in Mexico City. CCTTN worked
with Grupo Acir to launch the service to provide customers with up to the minute
traffic data on their Mexico enabled devices.

"We were the first company to broadcast traffic information and now we are the
first to offer navigational service in Mexico City," said Lance Locher, Senior
Vice President, Clear Channel Radio`s Total Traffic Network. "This is just
another stepping stone in CCTTN`s global expansion. Mexico is an important
market and we plan to roll out RDS-TMC navigational service in additional cities
throughout the country in the coming months."

In April 2004, Clear Channel Radio launched Mexico City`s first full service
traffic network, Radio Tráfico Total, delivering daily traffic and weather
forecasts to millions of commuters across all Mexico City stations. In 2006,
Radio Tráfico Total added eight more Mexican markets to its service.

"It is a pleasure to work with such a technology-driven service as Clear Channel
Radio`s Total Traffic Network," said Antonio Ibarra Farina, Executive
Vice-President and General Manager of Grupo Acir. "We are a company that prides
itself on providing excellence to our customers and working with CCTTN will
allow millions of people in Mexico to benefit from this efficient service."

Grupo Acir owns 110 stations in over 41 markets. They have a presence in nine
out of the ten top markets in Mexico, including seven stations in the world`s
largest city, Mexico City.
